Canning Lines
The CPS linear canning line offers high-precision filling of beer, cider, soft drinks, coffee, and kombucha into can formats of your choosing. It features high-quality seaming, with the pick-up of dissolved oxygen reduced at numerous production points, low CO2, and low product losses. The line is easily configurable using a mobile-mounted touch-screen HMI and has smart error detection and status signaling throughout the filling process.

- High precision can filling control by volumetric measurement by IFM magnetic flowmeters.
- Consistent and easily adjustable seaming with Panasonic drive motor.
- Inlet temperature and pressure monitoring for rapid process response.
- Six point inert gas purging for DO pick up <30ppb.
- Programmable low-flow filling and flow restriction for optimum product foam.
- Automated post -fill rinse and dry of product for reduced water and compressed air consumption.
- Intelligent fault detection throughout process and LED traffic light signalling.
- Pre-fill plate heat exchanger option for additional temperature knock-down.
- Compatible with Nitrogen Doser for uncarbonated and nitro product lines.
