Automatic Keg Washer and Fillers
CPS’s line of automatic keg washers and fillers cater to breweries filling high volumes of kegs with a minimum of physical labor inputs. Operating a walking beam conveyance system, the KWF accurately transports kegs across multiple wash stations, prior to speedy filling with minimal product losses and dissolved oxygen pick-up.
General Specifications
- Available in Single Lane (60-80 kegs per hour) and Double Lane (120-160 kegs per hour) configurations.
- Additional wash station available to enable acid washing.
- Easily programmable wash and fill parameters to suit the size and soiling of your breweries keg fleet, and the quality parameters of your product.
- Pre-filling pressure checking of kegs, and filling control by volumetric mag-flow meters reduces low-fills and rejected product.
- <30 ppb dissolved oxygen pick-up on filling.
- Three or four tank CIP skid with external heat exchanger, detergent conductivity metering and dosing.
- Simple operation by swing mounted touch screen HMI.
- Remote log-in and diagnostics.
- Plexiglass enclosure and safety shut out doors.
